On January 7, 2025, taxpayers approved a 6.4 million dollar capital project which included upgrades to the Home and Careers room, a new ADA compliant toilet in the elementary building, an updated playground, heating and air conditioning upgrades, window repairs, and new cabinets and flooring for rooms in the middle school/high school. Phase 1 is nearing completion, and we plan to bid for phase 2 very soon. Phase 2 will consist mostly of HVAC work which will begin in the spring/summer of 2027. With careful planning and the use of the capital reserve fund, the District is able to maximize state aid for a zero additional tax impact project.
