Parent Digital Access Survey

The New York State Department of Education is looking to gain an understanding of our families' ability to access fast, reliable internet. If you have any students in grades k-5, please consider taking a few minutes to complete the survey. The information will hopefully be used to identify areas where internet access is not readily accessible to our families.
